This document contains the conditions governing the use of the max39 platform. All members are required to read and fully understand these terms before registering or using any of the services we provide.
The Foundation of Our Terms
Six core principles that guide how max39 operates the platform, protects members and ensures a fair gaming experience.
Member Eligibility
Registration is open to individuals aged 21 and above only. max39 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account.
Bonus Policy
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the stated wagering requirements. The 100% Welcome Bonus of up to RM500 requires the wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value to be met before a withdrawal is processed.
Financial Transactions
The minimum deposit is RM50 while the minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing takes between 10 to 45 minutes. All transactions are processed through legitimate and secure payment channels.
Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential. Any suspicious activity should be reported to our customer support immediately for further action.
Fair Play
All games offered at max39 use a certified random number generator (RNG). The platform operates under international licensing to ensure transparent and fair game outcomes.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the max39 platform — whether through the website, mobile application or any other interface we provide — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the max39 platform. Continued use after any amendments to the terms are published will be regarded as acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility and Account Registration
max39 services are only available to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
- Not prohibited by any law or regulation in force in your area of residence from participating in online gambling activities.
- Not currently under an active self-exclusion period at any gambling platform.
- Register an account using personal information that is accurate, complete and up to date.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at max39. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Balances held in those accounts may also be forfeited.
All information provided during registration and account verification must be accurate and current. Any changes to personal information must be communicated to our customer support team without delay.
Deposits and Withdrawals
max39 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. For withdrawals, the minimum amount permitted is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this minimum limit will not be processed.
max39 reserves the right to place any withdrawal request on hold until the necessary review process has been completed. This includes but is not limited to identity document verification, account activity review and compliance with applicable bonus conditions.
All transactions must be made using an account or payment method registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is prohibited and may result in the transaction being rejected and the account suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
max39 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering conditions that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 earns a bonus of RM100, bringing the account balance to RM200 — with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. For a deposit of RM1,200, a bonus of RM500 is given bringing the balance to RM1,700, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.
Wagering requirements must be met within the period set for each promotion. Unused bonuses or requirements not fulfilled within that period will be automatically removed without compensation.
Specific conditions for each promotion, including eligible games and validity period, will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific conditions of that promotion will take precedence over these general terms.
Game Rules
All games available on the max39 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and Teen Patti — are each subject to their own rules as stated within the respective game interface.
In the event of a technical error or system disruption during an active game session, max39 reserves the right to void or declare void any affected bets. No claims may be made based on outcomes arising from such technical errors.
Automation strategies or tools used to speed up betting, bypass game mechanics or gain an undue advantage are prohibited. Such activity may result in the immediate closure of the account in question.
Member Conduct
Members are required to interact with the platform and our support team in a respectful and responsible manner. Any conduct deemed disruptive, threatening, fraudulent or harmful to the experience of other users is prohibited.
Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting to manipulate the payment system or deceive the withdrawal process.
- Sharing account login information with another party.
- Using unauthorised third-party software to influence game outcomes.
- Submitting false claims to the customer support team.
- Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through this platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, max39 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from the use of this platform — including but not limited to financial losses, service disruptions or data loss.
max39 provides a gambling platform for entertainment purposes. The outcome of every game is random and determined by a certified RNG system. The platform does not guarantee the result of any bet or game.
Account Closure and Suspension
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal conditions stated in Section 03.
max39 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
Decisions regarding account closure or suspension are final and rest at the discretion of max39 management. Any appeal may be submitted through our official support channels.
Privacy and Data Protection
max39 is committed to protecting members' personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and applicable international licensing requirements. Information you provide during registration and use of the platform will be used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
